Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at GIANNA MOLINARO. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery using Australia Post Standard will be delivered in approximately 2-7 business days and will cost $10 for orders under $200 and is free for orders of $200 or more. Australia Post Express is available which will cost $15 for orders under $200 and is free for orders of $200 or more. Express delivery will be delivered in approximately 2 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note postage cannot be combined over multiple orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of being processed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
GIANNA MOLINARO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
GIANNA MOLINARO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All international deliveries will be completed via Australia Post Registered Airmail and will take approximately 7-21 business days at a cost of $25 per order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Please wait 3 business days after the article has been dispatched for it to leave Australia. It can then be tracked via your receiving country's post website, eg. for New Zealand, go to http://www.nzpost.co.nz/ and track using the tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
GIANNA MOLINARO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Any deliveries which are refused will incur the base shipping fee, plus any re-delivery fees if re-delivery is requested.
